One 2-week session:
A camp program that literally pays for itself! Campers in this program will learn about what it’s like to run and operate a restaurant and will profit-share accordingly! We will create a menu that will be posted online for actual orders. Campers will go through a course and receive their food handler’s permit (which may come in handy if the camper wants to do a food service job while in school or plans to pursue a career in cooking/ owning a restaurant) and will participate in operating a locationless restaurant that actually prepares and delivers food orders.
